Lux Speed sold for 28.8M to a strategic buyer in 42 months with an initial start up funding of 2M; a combination of debt & equity a secondary round of 1.5M.

AvSight is aviation’s most innovative software platform. AvSight combines inventory management, quotes, repair, sales orders, and accounting into one seamless flexible application.

Anacostia Involvement:

Outcome:

AvSight sold for 19M to a Private equity firm with an initial pre money valuation of 2M, a post round funding of 1.5M in debt & equity 18 months.

EnergyWare is a leader in the alternative energy sector.  Headquartered out of Dallas, Texas with operations in over 30 states.  EnergyWare has extensive experience in determining the best options in financing, design, implementation, oversite, and return-on-investment accuracy.

Anacostia provided capital and strategic board support – guiding EnergyWare from a single location to operations in over 30 states with 800+ representatives.  EnergyWare was successfully acquired by Jox Energy in September of 2020.

Who is iCore Networks:

iCore was a thought leader in the UCaaS space.  Recognized by Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, TMC, and various other outlets as a disrupting technology force for medium to enterprise size businesses.  iCore was one of the first companies to achieve over 100,000 subscribers in the hosted VoIP space.

Anacostia Involvement:

Provided the initial growth capital and support for subsequent capital raises.  iCore Networks was acquired by Vonage (Symbol:  VG) in 2015.
